Considering a new 2007 ZX10 in black for next year. Not heard any bad reports. Anything I should know before I book a test?

| From what I've seen of it so far I'm not keen on the looks. That exhaust does nothing for me at all or those indicators in the stalks of the wing mirrors. They are also knocking the 07 model out for £7000. Much cheepness!! |

Tested the 2007 ZX10 on Tuesday. What a storming bike. So easy to ride and relatively comfortable a well. Only a bit more weight on the wrists compared to the 9. Legs seem no more cramped than on the 9. Remains to be seen what it is like on a longer run. But first impressions are good. Just put the deposit down today and get it next week. Bad time of year but it was a grand cheaper than list price.

Can't wait to get my hands on it. Should be next week sometime. You'll be able to tell though cos the weather will change. There will be freak thunderstorms, hailstones the size of small children, floods etc. Thats what happened when I bought my 9, I thought it had been fitted with a fatory approved cloud!! I was considering taking it back and trading it in for an Ark!! Wish list for the new bike does include new pipes as the stock ones are a pair of bugly astards, a double bubble screen and a rear seat cover. Not sure it needs a powercommander like, as I'm not sure it needs any more power!! But then again you can't have enough of a good thing.

OK point taken! I hope it's not raining when I pick it up, it's bad enough with new tyres on in the wet on a bike you're familiar with never mind a brand spanker! Hope for the best. Hope you have a good day on Wednesday.

Kawasaki's ZX-10R was designed for the race track but also happens to be road legal so just how far apart is it from a genuine racing ZX-...It's really n nice bike.. _________________ ferngesteuerte |
