Everyday every morning 5-a-side or cicuits, Pm go for a run or play jack at football or rugby and beating them down......

How things change.... however the SNCO's were never to be seen..lol

Hadn't seen that site mate, cheers for putting me onto it. It's now in my faves.

I'm working at Warminster now as a Divisional Sgt Maj and phys has taken a bit of a back seat. Good job I do it cause I want to and not cause I got to!

Hows your bike going? Should be getting mine back on Monday the 18th and it will be like new.

PM me if you're ever down the SW will arrange a time for a beer if at all possible.

I've recently changed jobs and cycle 3 miles a day...not much, but it's got to help. I feel better for it. Still fat though.

Other than that, I raise glasses regularly Smile

Since my last post on the matter, the cycling has been moved to weekends only, but I do about 24 miles when I do it. I feel much better for it, and changing diet has let to a 3 stone weight loss. That makes a huge difference moving about on the bike -I would like a smaller tank to get completely tucked in now...

Anyway, when I get to 4 stone, I've promised myself the same weight has to come off the bike.
